Can’t get passed the set up phase

Hi the sky internet box, won't connect to any devices or will it connect to the internet keeps saying there is a issue with the BT POINT but there isn't could you see what's happening please?

@Holly2003 Link below is the electronic version off how to connect and install a hub, open it and use, if not explain what and how you are trying to connect, use the yes i have internet calls as it shows ALL the options.....

Hi, 

 

it was today. I got an email to say it was all active at midday and have had it set up and on since.. I spoke to them and they did say it can take a few hours but thought it would have connected up by now. Having no WiFi sucks!!

@Holly2003 And so you know it is anytime up until midnight for it all to happen, after that you are on a failed install but that is tomorrow onwards for that situation. Not sure what you have hub wise, but take a look at the packaging box, serial number starting D2 and you are in the UK is a match, if DE you will be spinning your wheels forever....

Thank you! I will wait until tomorrow and hopefully it will sort itselfs out. Do you know is it normal to go up until midnight or is this a sign something isn't right

@Holly2003 Cannot comment, always had the activated text's at 3am in the morning so well asleep and dont care, other ISP hubs have always stayed up and working, when i get round to it hub out and new in connected within a minute or so, hub FW updates itself does it's reset and then start to monitor how and what it's doing. But never had an issue ever. But you are not reading the reply post's or skipping then cannot say what...
