Can’t edit sky broadband settings

Hi , very frustrating as I can't edit/ change my broadband settings . Won't even let me turn on or of my sheild ? Some of my apps work and some are not working . The settings are hashed in grey and won't let me edit . Weve just houses moved but had sky installed around 5 weeks ago snd have no pending orders . Could someone please help ? Thanks

What is your broadband speed and do you have  1 of these boxes fitted

 this is an optical network terminal box in  the  house and one of these boxes  fitted  outside the house

 if so then you have full fibre broadband

I have the same if you have sky wifi  max hub  use the settings  within  the hub on the app, I  believe  those settings  apply  to the black hub, i  might be  wrong

@Linzi23 Normally an account link to the sky ID issue, see the link below. Once you get it all linked then you will see all your services.

I have sky wifi  max hub . Had since  January last  year and I  have my account  linked phoned sky about the same problem and I  also have gigafast  broadband  and was told just to access  my settings  through the hub settings  on the my sky app as you cando things like puase  an individual  device  on  the app and remove devices  and set parental  locks individual
