Can't cornect my sky q mini boxes

I have two sky q mini boxes both won't cornect, they are saying "not been able to the activation server" ERROR : MR106. I also have other things that will not cornect to the Internet such as my laptop, two of my Alexa's, however other items such as my phone and tablet are cornnect. I have reboot my wifi but this has not solved the issue.
