Can’t connect

Not been able to connect since 2pm, switched everything off several times and still not working at 8.30pm, not happy

Even if Sky is aware of an issue, Openreach doesn't do domestic broadband repairs on Bank Holidays.

 

You wouldn't get same-day response at other times of the year anyway: domestic subscription rates don't come close to covering that.
