Can’t connect

Been having issues since installation on the 30th.

went through to tech earlier to try get it running better, decided to leave due to not been able to provide what we need.

 

since this service is running a lot worse, devices need reconnecting. 
laptop won't connect, has full signal but a circle with a cross in it.

 

can you look into things your side please?

 

I've used the app and it's saying everything is fine and I'm afraid it's not
