Can’t connect to ps5

My WiFi seems to be saying it's working fine on the app, I have fibre 500 it says minimum speeds of 400mbps, when I test it on my phone it gives me 400mbps, my laptop says it's 120mbps and now it won't even connect to my PS5 as it's saying the connection is too weak. Can anyone assist

@DPullam wifi speeds inevitably vary due to the layout of your home and how it is built. Apart from enduring the hub is in the best position which is out in the open on a surface so it is above obstructions like radiators which will help you are going tomhave to look at getting more equipment. 

Given wifi is never recommended for gaming you may want to look into getting a piwerline networking kit to connect your PS5 which use the mains wiring to carry the data.
