Can't connect printer due to MAC filtering

My HP printer won't connect due to MAC filtering. I have a message saying that I need to change my router settings to stop this. Can anyone explain how I access the router settings and do this please?

Sky hubs dont have MAC filtering. Its likely just a standard message from your printer when it cant communicate. 

Have you tried disabling Sky Shield?
