Can’t connect devices because modem box

Hi

my devices are not working or connecting and I think it's to do with the modem box as the LOS light is off and the LAN light is flashing

Can you help me get this sorted please

That's as it should be. LOS only lights in a fault condition & the LAN flashes with traffic. Indeed the fact it is flashing suggests traffic is flowing between the ONT & the router.
