Can’t connect by wifi

I got the new white max hub last week. Today it is not visible on the WiFi search in any devices. 
things I have done

1. checked on the sky app- all looks good 

2. tried to press the WPS button. 
3. white light present 

but can't connect any devices

Did you hold the WPS button for at least 30 seconds?

I did. Nothing changed. But today seems to be working. Hope it stays. Thank you
