Can’t complete home move request, engineer appointment too late
Hi, I really need some help with my Sky broadband home move.
I’m moving to a new address on 1st November, but the earliest engineer appointment I can get is 1st December — that’s a whole month without broadband.
I also tried to submit the home move request online, but it won’t go through successfully.
Can someone please help me arrange an earlier installation date or check what’s going wrong with my move request?

As we are customers here you will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

You need to call Sky if the Home Move online process isn't working properly. Unfortunately the installation date provided is usually the earliest date available. Openreach need at least 14 days notice.
