Can't change sky shield

Trying to change sky shield settings.goes thru motions but doesn't actually change.

@monkeyfishingWhat type of device are you trying do this on? What broswers have you tried to do this on and have you also tried the Sky app to change the settings?

iPad mini6.tried several browsers and via sky app.it's a new broadband.just changed to sky from bt where it worked ok.now seems to be locked into child mode.

@monkeyfishingDo you have any other devices that you can try to change this with? If that is not possible then you will have to call Sky and get them to make the changes for you.

Finally sorted. Family sharing got set on somehow.thanks for assistance all.
