Can’t cancel my broadband

I have been with some issues on switching to another provider as sky it wont able to cancel my broadband as the line is pending to cancellation therefore BT can't take it over .

it is so frustrating that they can't cancel the upgrade and sky blame openreach is like headless chicken I am going at the moment , because they sky said is a glitch on my account , not explanation or anything
