Can’t Connect wifi to phones and ps5

I been trying to connect my WiFi to my iPhone and ps5 none of phones can get wifi it shows that wifi in on my phone but can't WiFi not working not even sending a message it's just like not available please help

Hi @DanishN check youbare entering the password correctly as it easy to misread a number like 1 or 0 as a letter O or I or vice versa. 

If you are sure you are on one phone tell it to forget the Sky connection then fully power the phone down which on newer iPhones is done by holding down the side button and one of the volume burttons until the power off slider apoears. Then allow tge phonecto rdboot and it should accept the connection. Once one iPhone is connected you can share the connection with the others.
