Can’t Connect to Mini box

Trying to connect a Sky Q mini but when I come to stage of pressing the WPS button on Sky router or main box it just flashes red - any ideas?

@GlennPS if you have a white Sky hub Q minis cannot connect by wifi you have to link them to your main Q box instead.
