Can sky q box still operate as a node in the mesh network when connected to ethernet?

Currently our 2tb sky q box is connected over wifi and is acting as part of the mesh wifi network. Along with the router, a sky q mini and a booster, the wifi covers the house well. Router, booster and sky q box are all in different corners of the house. However, downloads can be a bit slow on the main box and I have run Ethernet down to the tv from the router to connect some other devices (ps5 etc) directly.

My question is this, if I connect the 2tb sky q box to ethernet directly, is it still able to act as a mesh node for the wifi or does connecting ethernet turn off the wifi on the box?
