Can only get catch up tv

Hey I have had my tv recently put on the wall and the regular channels are now not working. I can watch catch up tv but not normal tv. Can anybody help with advice?

Is this Sky Q, Glass or Stream and what is happening when you try to view these channels ?

I'd think that suggests the set no longer has an aerial or satellite feed connected to it.
