Can I get money off my broadband as not working for 4 days
My broadband went down on Saturday and an engineer couldn't come out till today so I have been without internet or tv (sky glass) for 3 1/2 days. Can I get money back for this?

Re: Can I get money off my broadband as not working for 4 days
Afraid not. The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when the fault is first reported to Sky, you will become eligible for it.

At this point, no: Saturday and Sunday don't count, and Monday - Tuesday is within the target time for an Openreach fix on a domestic service (assuming you logged the fault with Sky over the weekend)
