Buffering
Netflix keeps buffering. Why would it with the speed of my internet

You don't say on what device or how it is getting a signal but presuming it's Glass, Q or Stream then try the following (the Smart TV built in app probably gives better quality and the TV's WiFi reception is most likely better as well, maybe use it's built in app instead?).
WiFi reception within a household is totally independent of the broadband speed to the hub or any device connected via ethernet cable. Test using the following (or use the MySky app on your phone) and have a read of the articles to see if any of it can help you, it may save a phone call.
