Buffering
Engineer visited recently to investigate poor broadband for buffering etc and installed an extra pod. We are still having buffering issues when watching movies or playing on PlayStation 5 or watching BBC iPlayer Disney+ etc. service seems to be worse than our previous broadband package. Do we need a third pod as our house is 3 stories high and we are using 2 pods?

Re: Buffering
It does should like you might need a third one especially if there is not one on the floor that the buffering g on these devices is occurring on.
