Buffering

Hi

all my family are having difficulties with buffering on their iPhones when they are on their social media platforms. 
we have just changed to sky and we did not have this issue with our last provider.

Do you have any other devices apart from

these iPhones and if so do they work without buffering ?

I downloaded a film off sky movies and it took forever.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@Grahambanks You may also wish to take a quick look at what your Broadband Shield settings are on your account, if you adjust allow upto 24-48hrs for all to filter through.
