Bt Openreach engineer appointment

We lost our internet connection on Wednesday and it is now restored.

i have had a message to say Bt Openreach are sending an engineer tomorrow morning. We are going away on holiday. 
This appointment needs to be cancelled if they need access to our property , and can you confirm whether an engineer is now required as we have the internet connection back on?

@kathshaw0545  No on this customer helps customer community can cancel your appointment, have you checked if you can cancel through the track order option on your account?

 

If not you'll need to call Sky however if there is less than 24 housr notice you'll be charged a £25 missed appointnemtn fee as Sky needs more than 24 hours notice to cancel an appopintment

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
