Broken internet
My internet has been broken for 40 hours now. No devices can properly connect via WiFi, Ethernet connection completely dropped out last night and testing again has same issues.
Having run my own extensive diagnostics I can state that my Sky Broadband Hub with a good physical line and normal speed. The Hub can successfully ping 1.1.1.1, and normal web browsing works. However, two separate Xbox consoles have 100% packet loss on multiplayer and cannot sign into Xbox profiles. Both consoles work immediately when connected through mobile phone hotspots. A PS5 in the same house has also had NAT Type Failed. There are multiple similar reports from Glasgow/Scotland currently. This appears to be a Sky routing/packet-loss issue rather than a fault with my equipment.
please advise resolution path

Re: Broken internet
Are you in the west of Scotland? There's a lot of us with the same symptoms. Response from Sky so far is poor to out it nicely.
