Broken broadband
Hi, my broadband or router is broken. Two solid green lights and 2 solid orange lights. I did everything advised.
I spoke to someone online at Sky and he basically tried to upsell me a new router contract. Not really helpful. I asked if he could just help me fix my broadband and again tried to sell me different packages. I find this really distasteful. Hevsaid he would send an engineer but it would between 48 hours and 73 for an appointment. Had no email to confirm this. There is no phone number for broadband to call.
This has just made me decide I will be leaving sky.
If I find another provider will Sky still send engineer to fix it until I get a new service? Or can anyone recommend a provider who can you up and running quickly?

Does anything appear here for you:
https://www.sky.com/ordertracking
If there is a fault outside of your property then it is Openreach who will be the ones that will be tasked to fix it as they own and maintain the network as usually they aim to be respond to such faults within 2-3 working days.

That would be a good result from any domestic ISP.
Faster response requires leased-line business broadband at ten times the monthly cost.
