Hi [Removed] my bill is £129 i. not very happy with the service you provide i have different with the internet all the time and if it dont get sort fast I will be charging company as ee send a will give me a better deal than you as you what 129 of me and I disconnect most times and I dont think that not on so if you dont recont me to day I will be charge supply to ee as you can get me on

In case you’re not already aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

Your post is a bit difficult to understand but remember that any offers you see from competitors will be new customer prices. You're not a new Sky customer so pricing is unlikely to get near those figures.
