Brocken socket

My broadband is not working since 1st of March,  socket is broken,  I've sent you pictures already and no response. Please send me engineer ASAP

As we are customers here who help each other you will need to phone Sky to report this to them.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
