I am trying to access the broadband shield and it says come back once your broadband has been activated. I have accessed it before so not sure why I can't now.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Danielle77 Quick way to sort this out is to call Sky by dialing on 150 on your landline. Listen through the voice prompts and ignore when you are sent the text to stay on the line to speak to an advisor.
