BroadbandOutage
Hello, does anyone know when this outage will be over? Everytime I check it says they're trying their best to fix it like
What's going on? My WiFi has been out for 2 days and I only have a few data left for the whole month😭.
Sky what is going on!?😤. This is ridiculous, you should have informed us before this whole thing happened.

Is that what you are seeing here:

If there is a fault then it is the responsibility of Openreach to fix and usually they aim to do this with a few working days depending on the nature and location of the issue. Sky can't pre-warn you if where a fault it likely to occur.
You might qualify for Broadband credit as per this:

Re: BroadbandOutage
@Niki2 if the service checker is telling uou they are aware of a fault you should not need to report the issue. This link is the detail on how compensation works which starts after 2 full working days after the fault is discovered Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

@Niki2
It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (from 01/04/24 the rates are £9.76 per day). There is no equivalent scheme in place for customers in the Republic of Ireland.
