After I click on the link,I choosed my broadband and it says now on the app (we re sentting your hub)

Do i have only to wait now?

@Bebe3 If you are doing it all app wise would think yes, and if sky are resetting it all would follow any prompt's you are getting! Sky are 8am to 8pm but remote help after hours so no idea what will happen!
