Broadband

Hi my Sky connection has dropped and the middle light on my router is orange have tried unplugging the router and resetting it still has an orange middle light when I test the connection on the app it says there is know problem but nothing is connected to it tv alexa amd phone can't connect

Did you run this line test:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@caesarome  They do say that they have ran the test and it found a problem. But nothing more than that.
