Broadband

If I upgrade my broadband will that be my new total bill for my broadband or will it be added on top of my bill?

You will pay the price of your new broadband package only, do note that on your next bill it might be more due to when this upgrade started and because we are billed in advance.

They might be added to your next bill but if that is due in 14 days or less then it will appear on the following months bill but back dated to the date your new package started.

That depends if the 'upgrade' is a speed increase on an existing circuit, or requires a replacement technology (copper to optical)
