Broadband

The tv in my living room and the ps5 is not working due to saying no wifi signal. Really not happy as we have not long had this connected and I was not happy with where out reach fitee the rotter in the kitchen with all wires out. It's an eye sore

I'm going to translate that as 'where Openreach fitted the router'.

 

If that's an issue for you then you'll need to contact Sky to see if they'll consider booking Openreach to return for a relocation, but I suspect they're likely to point out someone must have authorised the initial installation.

 

Lack of wireless coverage may or may not be related, but should be addressed separately.
