Our broadband keeps dropping every day.last night it went to 12 and we lost an important phone call and the TV stops.this can happen many times in the day and as my husband is disabled it is a nuisance when the TV goes and also we are having important calls about his health which we don't want cut off.we have reported this before and are very disappointed with sky at the moment and wish we had never rejoined you.

I'm so sorry to hear of the problems that you're having.  Have you had a look at our service checker service, to see if it can pick up on where the problem is?  You've mentioned that your husband is disabled, have you considered registering with our accessibility team?
