Broadband

We have had a new router delivered today! The white light is solid and we have connected mobile phones ok. However, when trying to connect to our sky box it isn't connecting. I have tried turning the sky box and the router off and on again but it is still not connecting. When trying to connect I am holding down the WPS button but nothing at all.
