Hi guys, came home from work today and my Internet connection is down. I have done all the usual things, turned it off at the mains, hit the reset button, checked all cables but still won't connect. Have two green lights either side of an orange light on the router. Anyone have a similar issue and have any other advice?

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Yes did the broadband test already and just says problem with my connection and tells me to do all the steps ive already done.
I am going to leave it for this evening as amd try tomorrow as I keep getting directed to the options to trouble shoot nothing is working

Yes I will probably call them tomorrow during my lunch break from work if it's still not resolved
