Broadband with no internet

Hi, I received my boardband box last Wednesday and the date for activation was yesterday but there is still not internet. I've tried calling and they said that they were waiting on openreach to activate it and give it until midnight, there was still no internet this morning. I'm supposed to be working from home and I'm unable to and no one is answering my calls.

You'll need to persevere on the phone and see if Openreach have updated Sky overnight as to why there's a delay. Remember Sky Broadband is a domestic service so working from home does not bring a faster or better response.

I've continued to call but each time it says it doesn't recognise my number and when I add a different number is says call failed. I'm not sure what else to do
