Broadband/wifi

Im sick to death of the wifi we had energeners out we a booster i spend nearly every day un plugging the hub and restarting glass tv and pucks im at the point were im thinking of leaving and go else were as im paying rubbish Internet wich im not getting im throwing my money down the drain and it looks like im being charged for two pucks when i have 1 im disabled and relie on the Internet.
