Broadband wifi

Had fibre broadband fitter back in January and now the middle of March and still not working correctly, had an engineer out this week and still not fixed every to connect to WiFi.

WiFi says everything is connected but like printer and ring door now connecting. Paying £39 month and which I never charged.

Are other devices like phones working or will these not connect either.

Have you tried a reboot of the hub at the mains then seeing if the devices will work ?
