I recently cancelled my sky TV package because it was too expensive. Following this, I noticed my broadband was weak and I wasn't able to stream Netflix consistently nor use my laptop at home for zoom meetings without interruption. It seems that my broadband service is being compromised because I do not have the SKY package. Has anybody else had this experience? I am very annoyed as it is fibre optic and the highest level of bandwidth available. I just want to see if anybody else in the community has had a problem, thank you.
