Broadband very slow

I have the broadband max white box but the speed is terrible, around 21mps, it says minimum speed should be 32. I have contacted sky who said an engineer would look at it but they didn't need access to my home, then then said it was resolved but I am still having the same problems?

@SKScotland  Did you broadband disconnect before they said it had been resolved or has it remained stable?

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean, I've turned the power off and back on several times to refresh but it never makes a difference. The day they emailed me to say problem was resolved I never noticed a change in the Internet, as in I never had no WiFi it was still connected.

@SKScotland  So you have not re-booted the router since they said the fix had been done. Not sure if it would be worth it to try, this type of thing should at least drop the connection and then reconnect to the faster speed if a proper fix had been done.
