Broadband upgrade

Please

can you explain why you have made me feel aware that my broadband was going to full fibre and charging £30 pm when nothing has changed.  I still get 30 -38 mps download. No work

has taken place around our property. So other than two new cables sent to me and plugging my land line into the router I am still nowhere near fibre broadband.

my daughter lives 400 yards from me and she has full fibre. From sky

 

how can this be classed as an upgrade !.
