Broadband upgrade

I have just ordered sky full fibre as upgrade, however I see reviews that state it will not work with my Sky mini boxes. A call to Sky just said this was a glitch at the launch of this product. Anyone have such problems?

That was some time ago: WiFi Max was released in July 2023. There's now no restrictions on having Max and Q at the same address.
