Broadband suddenly stopped working

Service in my area is ok, but my broadband has suddenly stopped. Does this have anything to do with me cancelling sky TV?

I did not cancel broadband so don't understand why its stopped working.

It shouldnt have affected it.

When was your TV due to cease?

Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?

Its back now!

TV was due to cease on the 26th. I didn't check if it had or not.

Not sure what happened but all sorted for the time being.
