Broadband stopped

Sky have stopped my broadband despite me telling them I am NOT changing to another  supplier. Please fix problem ASAP.

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

It sounds like someone has ordered a broadband subscription with another company and given either an incorrect house number or incorrect postcode. You will need to call Sky when the lines open to discuss this (although your post suggests you may have already spoken to Sky about it).
