Broadband speeds

Hi,

 

I have broad band with you however I have not been getting the speeds that you have guarruntied for months probabaly for a year.

I have tried contacting you through the app several times to no avail.

I will not be paying for inadequate service. 

Your speed checker says its fine I think its meant too however I have used 5 third party devices to test and they all say im not receiving the speeds I should be. I dont get good signal upstairs or in the kitchen. Also speeds on my sons xbox you can tell its not getting the download speeds so slow downloading a package when it shouldnt be.

 

could you please shed some light on this or I will be going elsewhere to get the speeds I require.

You will need to call sky about this, you are not talking  to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself
