Broadband speeds

Have been experiencing poor broadband speeds latetly. Who else experiencing the same. I am also awaiting upgrade to fibre 300 and no update has been provided. It was suppsoed to be activated on October 10th but still no news. Anyone lese having communication issues also

This is a customer forum, populated by other customers. 

 

If there is no update in your my sky app, then the only option is to call sky.

thanks. My questin was 2 pointed. the first being abotu current broadband performance being down which by the looks of it is a common issue currently.
