Broadband speed
Moved from alternate supplier to sky on 1st June
upgraded from previous 500mb line to gigafast
the speed is not levels they guarantee
devices drop off very easily
been in sky chat 3 times, they offer move to sky max refer me to network team who spent 3 days checking line but said all ok y'day
i don't have an issue with max if it will guarantee it'll work
anyone has experience of similar
The inability to easily speak to someone is very frustrating

Re: Broadband speed
@Nc29 assume you talking about WiFi speeds as while the Broadband speed can drop at busy times it should not go below 650Mb/s. WiFi speeds will ineviatbly vary but note the extender pods Sky provide as WiFi5 devices so top out around 650Mb/s. The hub is WiFi6 so can supply the full 900Mb.s in the same room as the hub.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
