Broadband speed

Can you please tell me why I'm getting download speeds between 150-190 when I'm supposed to be guaranteed at least 400? My speed has been low for a few weeks now.I thought it might just be temporary but looks like it's not

Wifi connected about 20' away from the router all devices connected and from the other day!

Sky checker is saying everything is fine but my speed checker says different

@JONNO+8 Your picture posted has to be approved before general viewing is allowed, so will take a look at it when it get's cleared!

Not sure what you mean with MY Speed checker can you not speed test like the sample and post a link to it!

That's because the Sky figure is speed delivered as far as the Hub over optical fibre and ethernet cable, while you are 'testing' the local WiFi.

The 'guaranteed' wireless speed is 25Mbs if the WiFi Max subscription supplement is on the account.

@JONNO+8 Not sure what mobile/what sky Hub you have when wireless wifi testing like you are doing, as your bars for wifi are indicating not a strong wifi signal, but do they ever show you a nimber in them ie a 5 or a 6, if so and not showing then you are connected on the 2.4Ghz band and no idea where your sky Hub or a sky booster if connected to one off those. At least you iphone xr is wifi5 so in theory it should do your 500Mb/s speed fine you just have to check it all out if it can do it...
