Broadband speed
Broadband is working very slowly over the past week or so and my phone landline is very crackly- any reason?

Individual copper circuits have numerous failure modes which can generate those symptoms.
You'll need to log it with Sky for investigation, but realistically this is the worst time of year for rapid attention.
