Broadband speed

Hi my broadband speed has taken a decline and also no longer can use the broadband in my home office. Please can you send someone to check the set up

@Hasna2 That is a call to sky for your request, call 150 landline or a sky mobile, you may also be asked to pay a charge for it!

Sky might book Openreach to attend if speed arriving at the Hub is below the 'guaranteed' minimum.  They won't provide in-person assistance for WiFi unless you have the appropriate subscription add-on.

I don't think that's ever been the case for broadband: the national network of Sky 'engineers' is a legacy of the satellite television era.
