Broadband speed

My broadband speed has dropped from 69mbs to 42mbs everyday for the last week 

Its always been around 59 dont understand why its dropped

@DaveDidcote You may be developing a line fault, or switching the hub off/on too many times slams the speed down to save the hub, speed down stability up, thats the sacrifice on a copper circuit!

 

You can run the diagnostic to see if it can detect a fault, if not then call to sky for them to run there diagnostic which is more advanced...

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Hi mine has dropped from 40 mbps to 12 mbps

This shows my speed has been a constant 60+ for about the last 3 years at least, will ring sky tomorrow and if its not sorted it time to cancell all.

@DaveDidcote Yes sure has dipped, as before you may be getting a line fault, just unkown unless you take a look, or have sky do it all for you!
